This policy explains what personal data Booth Together collects, why, how long it is kept and your rights, under Vietnam’s personal data protection law.
1. What we do not collect
Camera video and microphone audio go directly between the two devices (WebRTC). When a direct connection is impossible, the encrypted streams are relayed through Cloudflare and never recorded. Photos are put together on your device; we never record audio or store video, shots or finished strips.
2. What we collect
- Email: when you buy a session or sign in, to send your receipt and sign-in links.
- Orders: order number, plan, amount and the payment status reported by payOS. We never receive your bank account or card details.
- Sessions: photos used, expiry and when each photo was finished (never the photo itself).
- IP address: used briefly to limit free rooms and prevent abuse.
- Essential cookies: sign-in, room host and checkout cookies. No advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why
To provide the service, confirm payments, send receipts and sign-in links, support you, prevent fraud and meet accounting and tax obligations.
4. Processors
- Cloudflare: hosting, database and video and audio relay when needed (servers may be outside Vietnam).
- payOS: VietQR payment processing.
- Resend: receipt and sign-in emails (servers outside Vietnam).
5. How long
Emails and orders are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Sign-in sessions expire on their own. Rate-limit data tied to IP addresses is deleted after a short time.
6. Your rights
You may ask to know, access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and complain. Write to the contact email below; we reply within 72 working hours.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS, sign-in links work once and expire, and tokens are stored only as hashes.
