This policy applies to paid sessions bought on Booth Together.
1. When you get a refund
- A session with no finished photo: a full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment.
- A fault on our side stops you from shooting: a refund for the photos not yet used.
- A duplicate payment, or a payment without a session: the extra amount in full.
2. When there is no refund
- Photos already finished (you pressed “Finish this photo” and received the photo).
- A session that expired without a refund request in time.
- Problems caused by your own device, camera or network, where the service itself was not at fault.
3. How to ask
Email the contact address below with your order number (it is in your receipt), the email you bought with and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
4. Timing and method
Refunds are sent by bank transfer to the paying account within 7 working days of approval. A refunded session is disabled.
5. Free tier
The free tier involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
