Booth Together

These terms apply when you use Booth Together, an online photobooth for two people provided by the individual seller named below. By opening a room or buying a session you agree to them.

1. The service

Booth Together lets two people in two places turn on their cameras and microphones in the browser, talk to each other, count down together and put their shots into a photobooth frame. Video and voice travel directly between the two devices; we do not record audio or store video or photos.

2. Who can use it

You must be 16 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Only invite people who have agreed to be photographed with you.

3. Plans, prices and payment

  • Prices are listed in Vietnamese đồng on the pricing section at the time you buy.
  • Payment is a VietQR bank transfer through payOS. Your order is confirmed automatically when payOS reports the payment.
  • A paid session is valid for 7 days from payment, or until its photos are used up.
  • Retakes are unlimited. A photo is counted only when you press “Finish this photo”.
  • A receipt is sent by email. It is not a VAT invoice.

4. The free tier

The free tier gives one room for 30 minutes, one frame and one watermarked photo at a lower resolution. We may limit free rooms to prevent abuse, or pause the free tier.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for content that breaks Vietnamese law, sexual or violent content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not photograph or share images of anyone without their consent.
  • Do not interfere with, scan or overload the service.

6. Your photos

The photos you take belong to you and the person you take them with. The frames, interface and the Booth Together brand belong to the seller.

7. Liability

Connection quality depends on both people’s devices and networks. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Your rights under Vietnam’s Law on Protection of Consumers’ Rights are not affected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will show the date of the change on this page. Paid orders keep the terms in force when they were bought.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are settled by negotiation first; failing that, either side may bring them before a competent court in Vietnam.
